Join us for these daily meditation sessions as a way to ground yourself in sanity, solidarity, and stability in turbulent times. Your microphone will be pre-muted during zazen. Some people find it supportive to position themselves so as not to be staring headlong into their screen. You may keep your camera off, although if you are participating in an all-day retreat, we ask that you turn your camera on.
